a "YUCK" attack

Howdy. I knew I'd have one soon, and here it is. My first real day of YUCK! Yuck that says I want to talk to people, connect with them deeply, be around them. Yuck that says, I want to be back on FB for just a little bit because it feels like connection. Yuck because I didn't want to eat the way I'm supposed to eat today. Yuck because Yuck sometimes just takes over. What do you do when YUCK hits you over the head super hard and it doesn't seem to want to go away?
