lessons learned:
*the power of written word whether it comes in the form of a letter in the mail,  a comment on a blog, a blog entry are all incredibly powerful. Post words that inspire you around you. Read them outloud daily.

*find inspiration in any form and let it rise up from your belly to get your ass moving

*Lay-z and whomever is his lizard buddy in your life, has to be addressed

*discipline is a life long lesson, so are a lot of the big ones...We are onions, cebollas in spanish.

*I want a life full of awareness. stirring my pot and being a consistant observer, changer and liver of life.

*Write stuff down: I'm so glad to have 1-3 ideas of Boot Camp for future purposes as well as record of things done to go look at in the future.

*"Mistakes are expected and accepted. You are here for training."

*GO AFTER WHAT YOU WANT AT ALL COST.
